Delivery & Return Information
Although most of our items are in stock and can be delivered in 7 days, some items may take longer. Please call first if you need to know whether or not an item is in stock and how long for delivery if this is something that is needed urgently.
All orders have free UK mainland delivery automatically applied.
Delivery outside UK mainland (including Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland) please contact us for a delivery quote. For delivery quotes outside of the UK mainland (including Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland) , please email your full delivery address and also the reference numbers of the items you’re interested in.
Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery, as a signature is always required.
If your item is not available within 21 days we will contact you with an update of when the item is expected to come back into stock. Large items will be on a pallet door to door service – if you require a different service option then please contact us upon ordering.
With delivery via pallet your items will be delivered as close to the front of your property that the driver can get.
Saturday delivery is possible, however delivery prices will vary depending on your location, and will not be included in the purchase. Please contact us for a Saturday delivery quote. All small items will be sent via the courier service UK mail or DPD.
It is a customers responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are checked prior to order to ensure that there is no access issues.
Within the terms of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 all deliveries should be inspected at your earliest opportunity and any returns of unsuitable items to be reported to us within 14 days after the goods come into physical possession. If the contract is a sales contract under which multiple goods are ordered by the consumer in one order but some are delivered on different days, the cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the last of the goods come into the physical possession of.
Whilst we do not refund unwanted merchandise we will gladly offer an exchange/credit note to the full value of the merchandise providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in the original packaging with the original purchase receipt within 14 days of purchase.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.
All items purchased from the shop floor are checked prior to payment by the staff and are deemed perfect by acceptance. Any floors or damages will be pointed out at the point of sale.
No refunds are offered on items marked ‘SOLD AS SEEN ‘and these are non-returnable.
If the item is defective you will be refunded in full on the return of the item. Return postage costs in all cases will be met by the purchaser, as free delivery is given on all goods.
The Customer is asked to examine as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify Musson Clark of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible, including; faulty, not fit for purpose, not as described, not as sample or not as model. Return costs are paid by the purchaser in the case of not required.
Use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage, with a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before accepting them into our warehouse. Return postage costs in all cases will be met by the purchaser, as free delivery is given on all goods.
If using our bespoke service and the item is cancelled, then a 20% restocking fee will apply.
As a reputable, honest and respected company, Musson Clark adhere with health and safety requirements.
For large items such as wardrobes that require a two man delivery there will be a charge – please enquire of the charge for your area. There will also be a charge if a customer is unable to take delivery due to access restrictions.
As a respected and honest company, Musson Clark remain in line with health and safety requirements – and due to the prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will NOT be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Once you or a person on your behalf has signed the delivery paperwork we shall, in NO event, be held responsible for any damage to either your property or goods delivered.

• Artificial Distressing
Artificial Distressing is created by hand to enhance the character of the range.
• Variations In Texture, Colour & Finish
Most of our ranges are hand made or carved using many different materials, so some variation may be apparent in the finish.
• Hairline Cracks
Hairline cracks may occasionally appear on the joins of sections of timber on certain items. This is caused by natural movement and is unavoidable.
• Antique Effect Handles
Antique fittings are given an aged appearance to enhance the character of the collection.
• Variation in size
• Please note: The measurements of some items may vary as most items are hand made
When requesting our bespoke service from us, if the item is cancelled you shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee from the total payment you have made.
